Friday "Kinections": We continue to create opportunities to deepen our connections to self and others by providing open times for us to be at Kinstone together to strengthen the body, mind and spirit. Similar to last year, we will offer donation-based evening experiences from 5:30 to 6:30pm on Fridays during our open season led by various teachers, drummers, yogis, etc from the region. We have established leaders for these Fridays who are committed and ready to hold space for us and the land. Below are the activities:
