How well do we really know the medieval period? Patrick Kelly will break down popular Myths & Misconceptions about the period at Castlerock Museum in Alma, Wisconsin. These will cover everyday life, combat, and more.

Patrick is a museum volunteer and reenactor who also works as a cutler at Arms and Armor in Minneapolis.

Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for students and free for members. The museum will open at 10am for visitors that would like to see the exhibits beforehand. Contact the museum at 608-685-4231 for more details.

Castlerock Museum has over two thousand years of history in a building that looks like a castle! See authentic arms and armor from Romans, Dark Age Warriors, Vikings, Crusader Knights, and Renaissance "Knights in Shining Armor." New galleries cover American history from the Colonial Era through the late 1800's and include a hundred period firearms.
