The Burlington Hotel was built in 1891 for passengers of the Burlington Northern Railroad and is included on the Wisconsin and National Register of Historical Sites. Whether you are passing through our quaint river town looking for a unique place to rest your head or a local in search of a quiet meeting spot for drinks and conversation, you will enjoy the authentic feel of the building and the warm welcome you will receive. You will find many original features in the quilt shop, bar and the five hotel rooms. Modern amenities have been added in a thoughtful manner to harmonize with the ambiance of the period.
The quilt shop features quality fabrics, patterns, books, notions, consignments and gifts from regional artists, a wide variety of classes and other special events. Please call to be added to the quarterly email newsletter.
The bar currently serves mixed drinks, wine, beer, soda, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Stop by and enjoy our relaxing environment. Having a special event and need space? From business meetings to bridal showers, this is the perfect venue for your special event.
